Job Description


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, pricing, and any other relevant inquiries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in training sessions to further develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.
